Historic Thanksgiving

The event features demonstrations of how an early 19th century meal was prepared - from the farm to the table - including plucking and "dressing" the turkey. Traditional food and drink is prepared on the hearth, using historic recipes with lots of delicious samples to try. Take home a new recipe to include in your own Thanksgiving tradition.
