Kathleen Weldon, Editor
Kathleen is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She currently works for an academic polling and policy research organization, in an office that is at least fifty degrees cooler than the average professional kitchen. She lives in Cambridge, MA where she does not let her urban environment keep her from obsessing about local, sustainable farming. She has been a member of a CSA, knows the local farmers' markets intimately, managed to get through last year's Eat Local Challenge with minimal cheating, and has a freezer full of locally-grown, grass-fed meat. She dreams of the day when she can keep bees and chickens.
